Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).

How to Return an Item

• Contact our support team at support@yooboa.com to initiate a return request.
• Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Please securely pack the item and include a copy of the invoice inside safely.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
