Reseller Terms & Conditions

1. Account Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any reseller application at our sole discretion.
• Your account is non-transferable and must only be used by authorized personnel of your business.

2. Commission & Pricing

• As a reseller, you will earn commissions based on the difference between the base admin cost and your custom customer price.
• You may not set custom prices lower than the base admin cost (wholesale price + delivery).
• Any attempt to manipulate pricing to artificially inflate commissions will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Security Reserve & Returns

• A security reserve may be required depending on your account performance. This is used to cover penalties for returned or canceled orders.
• If an order is returned after dispatch, the delivery charges will be deducted from your security reserve.
• New resellers may receive a trial period (e.g., first 3 orders) where return penalties are waived.

4. Withdrawals

• Commissions become available for withdrawal only after the corresponding order has been successfully delivered to the customer.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 business hours via your preferred payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Bank).
• Minimum withdrawal limits may apply as determined by the administration.

5. Code of Conduct

• You agree to represent our products accurately and not mislead customers regarding product specifications, warranties, or delivery times.
• Spamming, fraudulent orders, or abusive behavior towards our support team will lead to permanent ban and forfeiture of pending commissions.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the reseller program after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
